Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the soap manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the operation of multiple pieces of equipment essential for producing top-quality soap. Successful candidates will possess a deep understanding of production methods, stringent safety regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively to maintain an efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate kettles to ensure soap is produced within specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
• Execute the blending of raw ingredients while maintaining proper ingredient ratios.
• Work with the production team to streamline operations and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certifications in manufacturing are a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing
• Equipment troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
