Job Description

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing insurance claims, determining coverage eligibility, and ensuring accurate payment processing. This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret insurance policies to make informed decisions on claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve inquiries related to claims
  • Analyze data and identify trends to improve the claims process
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting claims processing
  • Prepare reports on claims handling metrics for management review

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a similar field
Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant claims processing experience
