Job Description

As a Casino Shift Manager, you will oversee all operations on the casino floor during your scheduled shifts. You will ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage casino operations during assigned shifts and resolve any operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety of the gaming floor.
  • Draft reports for senior management on daily operations and guest feedback.
  • Oversee the management and monitoring of gaming equipment inventory.
  • Enhance customer engagement through promotions and events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with guests to promote loyalty.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the casino or hospitality industry
