Loan Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Loan Officer, also known as a Business Banker, who will be responsible for managing and growing our business accounts. The ideal candidate will identify new business prospects, conduct financial analyses, and provide tailored financial solutions to help our clients prosper.

Responsibilities

• Foster long-term relationships with business clients through proactive communication.
• Conduct financial analysis to recommend appropriate banking products.
• Perform market research to identify potential business clients.
• Prepare and present financial proposals to clients effectively.
• Monitor client accounts to track performance and satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to junior banking staff on client interactions.
• Engage in networking opportunities to grow the banking portfolio.
• Collect client feedback to improve service offerings.
• Coordinate with credit analysts for loan solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role within business banking
