Job Description

We are seeking an Aircraft De-Icer Installer to join our dedicated team in Denver. This crucial role involves the safe and efficient removal of ice and snow from aircraft surfaces, ensuring they are clear and ready for safe flight operations. You will operate various de-icing equipment, inspect aircraft thoroughly for ice contamination, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Implement de-icing techniques that comply with industry standards.
• Engage with pilots and ground crew to optimize scheduling of de-icing tasks.
• Maintain logs related to de-icing procedures and chemical usage.
• Ensure environmental regulations are met during de-icing operations.
• Handle de-icing materials responsibly and safely.
• Participate in post-operation evaluations to enhance standard practices.
• Assist with additional aircraft-related maintenance duties as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior aviation or maintenance experience.

Technical Skills

• De-icing knowledge
• Machinery operation

Certifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• FAA De-icing Certification: Having this certification is a plus but not mandatory.
