Job Description
As a Bank Vault Custodian, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our bank's vault. You will be tasked with maintaining security, managing vault operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the bank vault and ensure compliance with established protocols.
Assist in the security audits and inspections conducted by regulatory bodies.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding their stored valuables and safe deposit systems.
Maintain detailed records of vault transactions and activities.
Liaise with security personnel to ensure the vault's integrity.
Conduct training sessions for new staff on vault operations and emergencies.
Implement best practices for vault security and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in security or banking
