Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our Las Vegas team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Your expertise will help drive our mission to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production issues and implement solutions to resolve them quickly.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze data and improve process quality.
• Work with management to establish production goals and ensure they are met.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and track progress.
• Train staff on new processes and quality standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
