Production Worker - Wheel Roller Operator

Job Description

As a Wheel Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment to compact soil, asphalt, and various materials on construction sites. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to site safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a wheel roller during various construction projects.
• Follow supervisor directives and operational protocols.
• Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization on the job site.
• Assist with other tasks as required to meet project goals.
• Engage in effective communication with all team members and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with both company and industry safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating wheel rollers or similar heavy equipment.

Certifications
