Job Description
As a Wheel Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment to compact soil, asphalt, and various materials on construction sites. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to site safety.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a wheel roller during various construction projects.
Follow supervisor directives and operational protocols.
Participate in preventive maintenance of equipment.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization on the job site.
Assist with other tasks as required to meet project goals.
Engage in effective communication with all team members and supervisors.
Ensure compliance with both company and industry safety standards.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience operating wheel rollers or similar heavy equipment.
