Job Description

As an Auto Parts Salesperson, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts and delivering exceptional service. Your extensive knowledge of auto parts will be crucial in providing expert recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers in selecting the appropriate auto parts for their vehicles.
  • Execute efficient sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Keep the sales floor organized and stocked with merchandise.
  • Support promotional activities to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance expertise in automotive products.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers as needed, facilitating better-informed decisions.
  • Engage in cross-selling opportunities to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Assist the team in achieving monthly sales goals through collaboration and communication.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction with purchased products.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry
