• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Aviation Regulations Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of FAA regulations and airport operations.
• Incident Management Experience responding to airport emergencies and incidents.
• Resource Management Ability to effectively manage airport resources and personnel.
• Communication Strong communication skills for effective coordination.
• Leadership Demonstrated leadership ability in airport operations.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail in monitoring operations.
• Valid FAA Air Traffic Control Tower Operator certificate
• First Aid and CPR certification
• English (Fluent)
