Job Description

In this role, you will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and implementing engineering solutions. Leading project teams and managing stakeholder expectations will be key to your success as you drive innovation and excellence in our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement project strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project details and expectations.
  • Establish KPIs for project success and monitor achieve them.
  • Provide technical support and insights during project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
  • Conduct debriefing sessions post-project to analyze and learn from experiences.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
  • Interface with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance at all stages.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is highly advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering with a focus on multi-disciplinary teams
