Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at DriveTech, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing relevant service information, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to customers and address their service inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle status and service updates.
  • Generate estimates for service costs and obtain customer approval.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the flow of service orders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Document service history and customer interactions accurately.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training or certification in automotive services is a plus
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
