Job Description
As an Accounts Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding customer accounts efficiently. Your role will involve tracking accounts and communicating with customers to ensure prompt payments.
Responsibilities
Engage customers about overdue accounts and identify opportunities for payment resolution.
Document all communications and actions taken on account records accurately.
Analyze account information and adjust collection strategies as necessary.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve collection processes and customer experience.
Assist in training new staff members in collections procedures and regulations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
