We are seeking a skilled Textile Winding Machine Operator to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve machine operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure the production of top-notch products while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Adjust winding tension and speed to achieve optimal product quality.
• Train new team members on machine operations and safety procedures.
• Work closely with quality control personnel to enhance product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical school certification preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years in textile or machinery operations at least.

Languages
