Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Costume Dresser to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist performers with costume changes during rehearsals and live performances, ensuring that all wardrobe pieces are fitted and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on costumes for wear and tear.
• Coordinate with wardrobe supervisors to streamline processes.
• Facilitate fittings and adjustments for performers to enhance comfort.
• Prepare costumes for transport to various venues as needed.
• Assist in the development of quick change strategies.
• Engage in an ongoing dialogue with performers for costume comfort and functionality.
• Implement creative solutions for costume-related challenges.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production needs.
• Assist with sourcing fabrics and supplies for repairs.
• Ensure a positive and supportive environment for all performers.
