Job Description

As a Pipe and Boiler Covers Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the installation and maintenance processes. Your leadership will ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and adhere strictly to safety regulations. You will play a vital role in training new technicians and coordinating with project managers to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all installation and maintenance projects for pipe and boiler covers.
  • Ensure that all work complies with applicable safety standards.
  • Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize project workflows.
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend personnel decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
  • Plan and execute the procurement of materials and tools.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Record and report project metrics and productivity.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further training in construction management or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in installation and supervision.
