Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to educators and students.

• Develop and maintain documentation for online courses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Master's degree in Instructional Design preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in online education and curriculum design
