Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Gerontology Aide to support elderly clients in a variety of settings. You will assist with daily tasks, administer medications, and provide emotional support, ensuring that our clients feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

  • Assist elderly patients with mobility and daily activities.
  • Provide compassionate care while respecting client dignity.
  • Report any changes in client condition to the nursing team.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
  • Help clients engage in social activities to promote wellbeing.
  • Participate in training and workshops to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in elderly care
