Job Description

As a Financial and Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in our acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, analyzing financial statements and market data, and preparing reports for senior management. Your expertise in financial modeling and market research will be essential for our growth.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify key acquisition candidates.
• Perform due diligence and analyze value propositions of potential targets.
• Prepare financial models and evaluate scenarios to support acquisition proposals.
• Draft reports and present to the executive team for deliberation.
• Engage with legal and compliance teams to assess acquisition risks.
• Support negotiations and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor industry developments to identify trends that affect acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain industry networks that may assist in identifying future opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CFA or higher qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience specifically in mergers and acquisitions
