Job Description

As a Pianos and Organs Salesperson, you will play a vital role in our retail operations, engaging with customers to understand their needs and helping them choose the right instrument. Your expertise in musical instruments, combined with your passion for sales, will drive our success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase instrument capabilities.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed and filed correctly.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new product releases and trends in the music industry.
  • Contribute to special sales events and workshops.
  • Build rapport with fellow team members to create a supportive work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Music or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the music industry
