Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Scrap Cutter whose primary responsibility will be to efficiently cut and process scrap materials in a safe manner. You will ensure that all scrap materials are disposed of or recycled properly, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong attention to detail, possess good hand-eye coordination, and have the physical stamina to handle manual tasks. This role will involve collaborating with team members to optimize productivity and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute cutting and processing tasks on various scrap materials.
• Ensure safe operation of all tools and cutting machines.
• Maintain compliance with all recycling and disposal protocols.
• Organize the workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all established safety guidelines diligently.
• Perform maintenance checks on cutting equipment.
• Work cooperatively with team members to reach production goals.
• Communicate any operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Assist with other related duties as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in recycling or waste management industry is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
