Job Description

As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring that the machines are set up correctly and running efficiently. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to maintain production schedules while ensuring the highest quality of product output.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation of woodworking machinery, ensuring optimal output.
  • Adjust machinery settings based on product specifications.
  • Complete maintenance logs and safety checks.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to minimize defects.
  • Provide feedback on production processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to industry safety regulations and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production plans and objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in mechanical or woodworking technology is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in woodworking and machine handling

  • Blueprint Reading
