Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Collections Manager, where you will lead strategies in accounts receivable management and debt collection. You’ll be pivotal in fostering relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments, while also utilizing advanced collection tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and integrate best practice methodologies in collections management.
  • Generate actionable insights from collections metrics to drive performance.
  • Foster an environment of respect and compliance within the collections team.
  • Develop performance targets for collections staff and oversee their achievement.
  • Lead regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry changes.
  • Employ negotiation tactics effectively to settle outstanding debts amicably.
  • Building a comprehensive knowledge of clients' financial positions to propose suitable collection plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Accountancy is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in collections management
