Job Description

As a Heater Helper, you'll play an essential role in assisting our skilled technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems. We are seeking individuals with a solid work ethic and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support heating technicians in the installation and repair of HVAC systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing heating issues.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations and repairs.
• Help clean work areas and maintain equipment.
• Document tasks completed and report to the supervisor.
• Engage with clients to communicate service updates when needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records of HVAC tools and parts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No specific previous experience required; however, familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
