Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Shortage Investigator to analyze financial transactions for potential discrepancies and fraudulent activities. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to implement preventative measures against cash shortages.

Responsibilities

• Investigate cash discrepancies thoroughly and conduct interviews with relevant personnel.
• Prepare findings to be presented to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external financial policies.
• Collaborate with the finance department to streamline cash handling processes.
• Optimize investigation processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant certification preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in a financial investigation role
