Job Description
The Side Door Worker is responsible for high-quality service, assisting customers at our side entrance and ensuring safety protocols are met. Excellent communication and attention to detail are key for this role.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and help them navigate their inquiries.
Oversee the safety of the entrance area.
Keep the entrance clean and tidy.
Respond to questions regarding our delivery services.
Control customer traffic and streamline their experience.
Aid in receiving and inspecting deliveries.
Resolve customer challenges with empathy and professionalism.
Adhere to all operational safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the logistics team.
Carry out other tasks as required by management.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in logistics or delivery services preferred
