Production Worker - Side Door Specialist

Job Description

The Side Door Worker is responsible for high-quality service, assisting customers at our side entrance and ensuring safety protocols are met. Excellent communication and attention to detail are key for this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them navigate their inquiries.
• Oversee the safety of the entrance area.
• Keep the entrance clean and tidy.
• Respond to questions regarding our delivery services.
• Control customer traffic and streamline their experience.
• Aid in receiving and inspecting deliveries.
• Resolve customer challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Adhere to all operational safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the logistics team.
• Carry out other tasks as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in logistics or delivery services preferred
