Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will oversee the production and quality control of our artisanal vinegar offerings. This role requires you to manage fermentation processes, develop innovative flavors, and ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily vinegar production operations and staff.
  • Develop and implement best practices for vinegar fermentation.
  • Conduct tastings and adjust recipes based on feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of production and quality measures.
  • Participate in product marketing efforts by showcasing unique flavors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Liaise with suppliers for quality sourcing of ingredients.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Food Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in food production or similar
