Telecommunications Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join our Detroit team. This role involves designing and implementing telecommunications systems, including data and voice networks, ensuring high-quality communication solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new telecom technologies and systems.
• Maintain detailed records of telecommunications systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during installations.
• Prepare and present reports on system performance and project status to management.
• Support troubleshooting and configuration of VoIP systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networking, or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in telecommunications
