Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Engineering Teacher to join our faculty. The instructor will deliver engaging lectures and hands-on lab sessions on various engineering disciplines, while mentoring students on their academic journey and career development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, lessons, and laboratory experiences that align with program objectives.
• Mentor students through their academic challenges and provide tailored support.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records for assessments.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending industry conferences.
• Collaborate with peers to foster interdisciplinary approaches to engineering education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or Education preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of postsecondary teaching experience

Technical Skills

• Java
• C/C++

Soft Skills

• Passion for teaching
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Publications in engineering education: A record of research or articles published in engineering education.
• Experience with diverse student populations: Experience teaching individuals from various backgrounds and learning styles.
