Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers to lead our rigging team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all activities are executed safely and efficiently while complying with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the rigging crew and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and management.
  • Evaluate and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on performance metrics and compliance.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new rigging team members.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss project updates and safety issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Advanced certifications in safety management preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing rigging operations.
