Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Columbus. In this role, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services, manage patient care, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and establish care priorities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on medication usage and potential side effects.
• Participate in case reviews and patient care discussions.
• Implement evidence-based practices in patient care.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Provide support for chronic illness patients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
• DNP is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in direct patient care

Certifications

• Nurse Practitioner License in Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
