Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Enforcement Agent to join our law enforcement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing laws and regulations in a specific industry, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and investigating any violations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations to evaluate compliance with regulations.
• Investigate and report on any violations identified during operations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Create comprehensive documentation of incidents and follow-up actions.
• Maintain communication with team members and keep them informed.
• Engage with community stakeholders to promote compliance efforts.
• Develop and implement training materials for enforcement protocols.
• Assist in legislative research and interpretation of applicable laws.
• Monitor compliance activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct briefings and presentations to update management on enforcement activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Additional certifications or training in enforcement is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in enforcement or investigative work
