We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mantel Craftsman to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and a passion for creating custom-built mantels that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Craft unique mantels by interpreting client specifications and design concepts.
• Utilize CAD software for visualizing designs pre-production.
• Ensure all woodworking techniques are performed with precision and care.
• Package and deliver finished mantels, ensuring top-quality presentation.
• Continuously update skills in woodworking techniques and materials.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient project handling.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Apprenticeship or technical training in carpentry or woodworking

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or woodworking

Technical Skills

• Woodworking
• Blueprint Interpretation
• Power Tool Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Familiarity with CAD applications for design and drafting would be a plus.
