Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Forging Machine Setter or Operator. In this role, you'll be responsible for the operation of forging machines, performing maintenance, and ensuring product quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load materials into the forging machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform basic routine maintenance tasks on machines.
• Handle raw materials and finished products following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with quality control personnel to ensure product standardization.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments, specifically in machine operation
