Job Description

Join us as a steam presser at Leading Textiles Corp, where you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in garment pressing. You will operate steam equipment efficiently and work closely with supervisors to report any defects, ensuring our products meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Routine cleaning of vehicles and machinery using appropriate cleaning techniques.
• Report any damages or maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager promptly.
• Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning agents and operating machinery.
• Participate in training sessions for new cleaning protocols and equipment usage.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Basic mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Languages

• English: Basic understanding required, fluent preferred

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience in a factory setting helps understand equipment maintenance needs.
• Forklift certification: Holding a forklift license can be advantageous for moving equipment.
