Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure timely installation of traffic signage.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with team members for project updates.
• Conduct safety training and emergency drills for team members.
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and quality in traffic sign maintenance.
• Compile reports on traffic patterns and sign effectiveness for regional planning.
• Manage the response to incidents involving traffic signs and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulation during sign installation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.
• Facilitate meetings with team members to discuss project updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in traffic control or related field

Technical Skills

• GIS Software Familiarity

Certifications

Languages
