We are seeking a reliable Dryer Feeder to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves feeding and overseeing the drying process to ensure that materials are dried efficiently and meet our quality standards. Responsibilities

• Feed the drying machines with appropriate materials based on the production plan.
• Monitor the drying process for quality control and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of dryer equipment.
• Keep accurate records of materials and production output.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols.
• Work with the production team to resolve any operational challenges.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment or procedures.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management for drying materials.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on process enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Data entry skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with textile drying processes: Familiarity with dryers used in textile manufacturing and their operations.
