Job Description

The Budget Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budget reports, and analyzing financial data for our organization. This position is essential for ensuring that our financial planning processes are accurate and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitoring financial performance against budgets and advising on variances.
  • Training new staff on budget processes and software tools.
  • Utilizing financial software to enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in financial analysis and accounting.
