Job Description

As a Brokerage Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, ensuring smooth sales processes, and enhancing client interactions. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial advisors in managing client accounts and transactions.
  • Prepare and process client documentation and account paperwork.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, including calendar management.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Sales Assistant certification preferred
Experience
