Screen Printing Cloth Spreader

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printing Cloth Spreader to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the precise spreading of cloth for screen printing, maintaining quality control throughout the process, and collaborating closely with production staff to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fabric rolls for screen printing by spreading and straightening them on the printing table.
• Inspect fabric for any defects or imperfections before spreading.
• Ensure proper alignment of fabric on the table to maintain print accuracy.
• Adjust and control the tension of fabric during the spreading process.
• Coordinate with other team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in screen printing or cloth spreading is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in fabric handling is a plus
