We are looking for a skilled Vibratory Pile Driver Operator to join our dynamic team in Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating vibratory pile driving equipment to ensure the integrity and stability of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage vibratory pile driving equipment effectively and safely.
• Work in tandem with construction crews to coordinate project efforts.
• Analyze ground conditions and adapt equipment settings accordingly.
• Ensure proper documentation of safety checks and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to achieving project milestones and deadlines.
• Act as a liaison between site management and construction teams.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in construction, particularly in pile driving operations.

Technical Skills

• Pile Driving Techniques
• Heavy Machinery Operation

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in Rigging Techniques: Additional skills in rigging for pile driving operations.
• Experience with Steel and Concrete Piles: Hands-on experience working with different types of pile materials.
