Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Orthopedist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of disorders of the musculoskeletal system. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of musculoskeletal ailments.
• Implement advanced treatment strategies for optimal patient recovery.
• Perform complex surgical procedures as required for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaborations for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain clear documentation to ensure continuity in patient care.
• Advise on rehabilitation plans and monitor patient progress effectively.
• Participate in research initiatives to advance orthopedic practices.
• Provide leadership during surgeries and guide the medical team.
• Train junior staff on surgical techniques and patient care protocols.
• Promote health education initiatives for community outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
• Completion of an orthopedic residency program

Experience

• 5-10 years of clinical practice as an Orthopedist
