Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hotel's operational teams, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to improve operational efficiency.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns to boost hotel occupancy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure hotel amenities are in top condition.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
