Job Description

In the role of Citizen Participation Specialist, you will lead efforts to connect community members with government processes. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate discussions, manage outreach programs, and ensure that citizen voices are heard in local governance. Your skills in relationship building and public speaking will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Public Policy, or a related field
• Master's degree in Public Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public engagement or community development
