Packaging Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packaging Technician! You’ll be responsible for packaging products with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect and label finished products for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Assist in training new packaging team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout production.
• Maintain stock of packaging materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in packaging or production line work preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with packaging machinery
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations: Important for adherence to workplace safety standards.
