Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Print Binding and Finishing Worker, where you will operate and maintain various stitching machines. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be able to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate saddle and side wire stitching machines efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials onto machines, ensuring proper setup.
  • Monitor stitching processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Work collaboratively with production staff to optimize workflow.
  • Keep detailed records of production metrics.
  • Adhere to safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support other areas of production as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
