• Operate heavy machinery involved in brick making.

• Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Assist with training new team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Machinery operation Experience operating heavy machinery safely.
• Inventory management systems Basic knowledge of tools for managing inventory.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail Strong focus on maintaining quality and safety.
• English (Basic)

• Ability to read technical plans and schematics: Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical documentation.
