We are looking for a qualified and experienced Guard Supervisor to lead our team of security personnel. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the safety and security of our facilities. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the security team, ensuring all protocols are followed.
  • Implement security measures that address potential threats.
  • Monitor security equipment and enforce policies regarding its use.
  • Train staff on emergency response techniques and procedures.
  • Investigate security breaches and develop preventive measures.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and attend to their security needs.
  • Establish a reporting system for all security matters.
  • Ensure a professional and proactive approach to security concerns.
  • Communicate regularly with management on security issues and updates.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid security license or certification
  • Additional certifications in security management are a plus
  • Surveillance Systems Expertise in operating and monitoring security systems including CCTV.
  • Emergency Response Management Skilled in effectively managing emergency situations and incidents.
  • Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a security team.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of reporting effectively.
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • First Aid Certification: Current CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous.
  • Crisis Management Experience: Previous experience in crisis response and management preferred.
