As an Eligibility Interviewer, you will play a critical role in determining applicants' eligibility for government programs. Responsibilities

• Assess the completeness and correctness of applications for various benefits.
• Inform applicants of eligibility criteria and required documentation.
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews to collect additional information.
• Work closely with social workers and other professionals to verify applicant claims.
• Prepare reports and documentation for upper management review.
• Identify trends in eligibility claims and report any concerns.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge of eligibility determination processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a closely related field

Experience

• Previous experience in government assistance programs is a plus
