Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Green Jobs Trainer to develop and implement training programs centered around sustainability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sustainable practices and will be responsible for educating various industries on the importance of environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Design effective training programs that align with industry regulations and standards.
• Research cutting-edge sustainability practices and technologies and integrate them into training initiatives.
• Work in partnership with organizational stakeholders to address specific sustainability challenges.
• Assess the needs of training participants and tailor programs accordingly.
• Create and update training materials to include the latest developments in sustainability.
• Deliver training using interactive methods and tools.
• Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve training effectiveness.
• Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay current in the field.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Education
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in training program development
